Tramatextiles is an association based in Quetzaltenango, Guatemala. Inspired by traditional Mayan patterns, I created these textiles in direct collaboration with local weavers. The chevron pattern is inspired by the Feathered Serpent motif, the “Quetzalcóatl.” The blue-to-white color palette is that of the Guatemalan flag.
