Shipping is free in mainland France for orders over €200.
Delivery via Colissimo (home delivery with signature) or Mondial Relay (pickup point).
Europe:
Home delivery via Colissimo or Mondial Relay (if available in your country).

Pre-order items: production begins after the pre-order period ends. From that point, production takes around 1 to 2 months depending on the item. Once ready, shipping takes approximately 3 business days.

RETURNS
Cut fabrics (by the meter):
I offer a range of fabrics you can order by the meter to match your specific needs.
As these fabrics are cut to order, I cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product is faulty or does not match your order.
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. Therefore, fabrics cut by the meter are not eligible for return or exchange, except in case of defect or non-conformity.
Clothing and accessories:
Returns and exchanges are free from within France.
Any return or exchange must be requested via the contact form on the website.
Products must be returned within 14 days from the date you notify us of your decision.
Items must be returned in their original packaging (or equivalent) and in perfect condition (not worn, not washed) in order to be refunded, exchanged or receive store credit without penalties.
If your parcel is lost or damaged during return shipping, the customer is responsible for the loss or damage.
Products that do not meet the above return conditions will not be refunded or exchanged.
In accordance with Article L. 221-24 of the French Commercial Code, CATHY AMOUROUX commits to refunding the sums received within 14 days from the earlier of the following two dates: (i) the date we receive the returned items, or (ii) the date we receive proof of shipment from the customer.
The refund will be issued to the bank account linked to the card used during the original purchase. If your bank account has changed, please provide updated banking information to your former bank.
How to return a product (step-by-step):
1. Email contact@cathyamouroux.fr with the reason for return and full order details (name, address, order number and date). A return label will be sent to you.
2. Prepare your parcel: pack the clean, unworn, unwashed item(s) in their original packaging. Include your order number in the parcel.
Please note: I can only refund items returned in their original packaging and in new condition.
3. Send the parcel using the return label provided by email.
